Management Development Program
Team Members work at Leomhann Enterprises for two main reasons:
- To build on their skillset. Leomhann Enterprises has a very extreme business culture that demands personal and professional growth. Many team members use this experience as a “jumpshot” to pursue their dream job. We are very proud of the impact we get to make on any individual who we bring on to the team. - A career in coaching and developing others. We train and develop our members in the following areas: Leadership, administration, coaching, sales, training, and interviewing. As our goal is to expand throughout the United States, North America, and internationally, there are many opportunities for growth in all fields.
Entry Level Account Executive
Here our newest team members learn the basic systems and structures that hold our company together. They also learn all of the necessary campaign knowledge, making them product experts! In this role, their work ethic, student mentality, and consistency are put to the test!

As a corporate trainer, they now get the responsibility of training our newest members. They also get to learn more of the logistics of managing the office, while learning the interview process. Our top performers also have the ability to travel and network as much as they choose!

As the newest member of management, the assistant manager is learning all of the back-end procedures, ranging from administration to finance. They are also getting more involved with the interview processes, while taking on more of a leadership role. Travel opportunities are now a lot sexier! The management team is rewarded for their hard work by going to one of their favorite rest and relaxation locations every year!

The manager is responsible for making sure the daily operations run effectively and smoothly. In this role, it is the manager’s obligation that the reps are given the proper guidance and coaching, while still maintaining a great relationship with the client, delivering results with integrity.
