At Leomhann Enterprises, individuality is a pillar. Each employee’s unique journey and contributions shape our company’s abundant culture. This month, we shine the spotlight on Hanna Grubbs, a rockstar Corporate Trainer whose story is as inspiring as her work ethic.
From Small Town Beginnings to Corporate Success
Hanna Grubbs, 21, was born in a small town in Tennessee and raised in North Olmsted, a suburb outside of Cleveland. “I’ve always loved helping people,” Hanna says, reflecting on her early years. This passion led her to a high school program called Polaris, where she pursued EMT/Fire training. Despite her initial career as a 911 dispatcher, she found her true calling in the business world after attending Cleveland State University for Business/Real Estate.
Hanna joined Leomhann Enterprises on April 1, 2024, and since then, her career has blossomed in remarkable ways. “Finding Leomhann was the best decision ever. It changed my life in ways I couldn’t ever imagine,” she shares enthusiastically. Hanna’s dedication to learning and growth has been evident from the start. Her rapid ascent within the company, including a promotion just five days into her role, speaks volumes about her commitment and capability.

A Leader Who Embodies Integrity and Growth
Hanna’s role as a Corporate Trainer allows her to leverage her greatest skills: organization, leadership, and empathy. These qualities, combined with her ability to adapt to industry changes with a positive attitude, have made her an invaluable asset to the team. “Great communication, team-building skills, and continuous learning are essential for a great leader,” Hanna asserts, embodying these traits in her daily work.
Mentorship has played a significant role in Hanna’s development. She credits colleagues Jeff Crawford and Heath Burkholder for shaping her leadership style. “I’m a firm believer in ‘Who you surround yourself with is who you become,’” Hanna says, highlighting the importance of positive influences in her journey.
Driving Company Culture and Personal Growth
For Hanna, a strong company culture is built on inclusivity, diversity, and clear values. She values integrity, respect, and growth—principles she finds deeply embedded in Leomhann Enterprises. “Being able to grow while being respected is something you cannot find everywhere,” she notes. This alignment of personal and company values has not only propelled her career forward but also fostered significant personal growth.
Hanna’s productivity is fueled by habits like prioritizing tasks, setting realistic goals, and meticulous planning. Her decision-making approach is balanced, ensuring she clearly understands problems or opportunities before addressing them. This methodical mindset, coupled with her competitive spirit, keeps her motivated and striving for excellence.

Inspiration and Aspirations
Hanna draws immense inspiration from her partner, Olivia, who is a steadfast support system in her life. Olivia’s encouragement and belief in Hanna’s potential have been instrumental in her success. “She’s always there for me and is a huge support system in my life,” Hanna says, highlighting the personal strength she gains from their relationship.
Looking ahead, Hanna has ambitious goals. In the short term, she aims to expand into a new market within six months, with long-term aspirations of becoming a consultant before she turns 25. Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is straightforward yet profound: “Have a student mentality and a huge work ethic. You have to be able to put in the work to get out what you want.”
Hanna Grubbs exemplifies the spirit of Leomhann Enterprises. Her journey from a small town to a thriving career in the corporate world is a testament to the power of resilience, passion, and hard work. As she continues to grow and inspire those around her, we are proud to have her as a part of our team.
