At just 19 years old, Lianna K. Abdel Basset is already building a career defined by independence, ambition, and a clear sense of direction. Originally from Strasburg, Ohio, Lianna’s journey into the professional world did not follow a traditional path, but it is exactly that willingness to pivot that led her to where she is today as a Corporate Trainer with Leomhann Enterprises.
After graduating high school, Lianna initially pursued college, studying business and accounting. While she found value in the experience, she quickly realized it was not the path she wanted to continue. She explored other options, including attending nail technician school, but ultimately knew she was searching for something more. She wanted a career that would challenge her, provide growth, and open the door to bigger opportunities.

Finding the Right Environment
That search eventually led her to Leomhann Enterprises, where she found exactly the kind of environment she had been looking for. From her very first week, the team and overall atmosphere made an impression. It was a space where people were engaged, motivated, and genuinely connected.
Since joining the company in December 2025, Lianna has embraced a role that allows her to work with people every day while continuing to develop her own leadership skills. She credits much of her growth to the mentorship around her, especially her assistant manager, Logan Ray, whom she looks up to for his leadership style and example. She also points to her mom as a major influence in her life, describing her as someone who leads with both strength and heart.
Building Confidence Through Growth
Lianna’s approach to her career is grounded in how she was raised. Her parents emphasized independence and responsibility early on, which shaped how she views both work and opportunity. Learning how to manage money at a young age gave her a sense of control over her future and reinforced the idea that results come from the decisions you make every day.
That perspective carried into her professional life. She stepped into this environment with the mindset that growth is earned through consistency and effort. With a background she naturally connects her to business and leadership, she felt ready to take on challenges and continue building her confidence through experience.
“Opportunities are endless—it’s a matter of how far you’re willing to grow.”
Leading with Accountability and Connection
As Lianna has stepped into leadership, her focus has remained clear: people come first. She believes strong leadership starts with trust, communication, and being present for her team.
“If someone can’t come to me with the small things, I can’t expect them to bring me the hard ones.”
That perspective shapes how she works with others. She prioritizes creating an environment where her team feels comfortable asking questions, sharing feedback, and continuing to improve. For Lianna, leadership is about showing up, setting the tone, and being someone others can rely on.
She also emphasizes the importance of collaboration, regularly seeking input from her team and making sure everyone feels included in the process. This approach has helped her build strong relationships while maintaining high standards.
The Road Ahead
Looking forward, Lianna is focused on continuing her growth within Leomhann Enterprises. Her short-term goals include reaching her next promotion and becoming debt-free by the end of 2026. Long-term, she has her sights set on expanding into new markets and eventually opening her own office, with plans to build alongside the leaders who have helped shape her journey.
She is still early in her career, but her direction is clear. Lianna has built a foundation centered on discipline, mindset, and surrounding herself with people who challenge her to grow. With that approach, her future in leadership continues to take shape.
