For our team at Leomhann Enterprises, the 2026 National Conference gave us a chance to step outside our usual routines, connect with other leaders, and reflect on the work happening across our organization. We returned with new perspectives and meaningful recognition, and we are already thinking about how to apply them in our day-to-day work.
The conference also gave us several moments to celebrate. Founder & CEO Jeffrey Crawford received the 2026 Pacesetter Award and Pacesetter Club recognition, while Isaac Lee was recognized as a Top 10 Account Manager for 2026. We see these accomplishments as reflections of the production, development, and leadership taking place throughout our organization.
Putting Leadership Into Practice
Jeffrey took the stage during two breakout sessions, including “Veterans in Business,” where he discussed how the skills developed through military service can translate into entrepreneurship and leadership.
The session explored discipline, accountability, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork, with a particular focus on having a clear mission behind what you are building. One message stood out: leaders have to set the standard personally before they can expect others to follow it.
That idea reflects the way we approach leadership at Leomhann Enterprises. We believe the expectations we set for our teams should first be visible in our own actions.

Building Organizations Through Leaders
During “Taking Your Company to the Next Level,” Jeffrey focused on what it takes to build an organization of 20 or more people producing $40,000 or more in weekly revenue.
The conversation centered on the shift from individual production to leadership multiplication. Reaching Tier 1 requires leaders to develop people who can recruit, interview, train, and lead independently. It means creating multiple teams and developing first-generation leaders who can continue building without relying on one person for every decision.
For us, that was one of the clearest themes of the conference: sustainable growth comes from developing leaders who can develop others. Working harder can increase individual production, but building leaders creates the capacity for an organization to grow.
Bringing the Lessons Home
One of our biggest takeaways from the National Conference was the importance of environment. Spending time around high-performing people can expand our perspective and remind us what is possible when we continue raising our standards.

We also came home with a renewed focus on execution. Strong systems have to be followed regardless of personalities, emotions, or circumstances. Recognition is worth celebrating, but it should also raise our expectations for what comes next.
The conference reminded us that our next level may not require finding something completely new. There is value in taking what already works and executing it with greater consistency, stronger standards, and a continued focus on developing the people around us.
For Leomhann Enterprises, that is where the real value of the 2026 National Conference comes in. We can bring the conversations, ideas, and energy from the conference back to our teams and turn them into action.
We are proud of the accomplishments our team celebrated at the National Conference, grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside other leaders, and excited to keep putting those lessons into practice!
