This internship will focus on the internal affairs of Leomhann Enterprises, primarily improving the onboarding process for new hires and working with the HR team to improve an overall employment experience with our company. We will also focus on the operational aspects involved in the recruitment of new talent for the company, including job advertisement, determining applicant qualifications, arranging and assisting in the hiring process, assisting in social media management, and more.
