We’re expanding our hiring this fall. Leomhann Enterprises is opening Account Manager positions across Northeast Ohio, with recruiting active in Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Youngstown.
The timing is deliberate. Recent graduates are settling into their next steps, and professionals weighing a change are looking to move before the year closes, which makes Q4 one of the strongest windows we see all year for meeting people ready to learn.
It works in the candidate’s favor too. Starting now means you’re established in the role heading into 2027 rather than beginning from scratch in January alongside everyone else who waited.
Open Roles
Our advancement structure runs through four positions, and each one starts with the first.
Account Manager. The entry point. You’re the primary contact for our customers, managing relationships across business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts, identifying where we can do more, and coordinating delivery. Day-to-day, you’re building product knowledge, sharpening how you present, and working in Salesforce.
Corporate Trainer. Delivers our training systems, develops team members, and runs one-on-one coaching.
Assistant Manager. Supports daily operations and staff oversight, plus the back-end functions that keep a branch running, including payroll, hiring, and administration.
Marketing Manager. Owns campaign strategy and market analysis, driving growth for our clients and for us.
Advancement is tied to performance, not tenure at Leomhann Enterprises. We promote from within, and for people who want it, there are travel opportunities and the chance to help oversee new markets.
What Candidates Can Expect
Our process is built to help you understand the Account Manager role and get a feel for the environment before either side commits. Come prepared to talk about your background and goals, and expect us to be specific about what the work involves on a daily basis. Nobody benefits from a candidate who accepts a role they misunderstood.
We don’t expect you to arrive with every skill developed. New team members learn through real customer interactions with guidance alongside, and development here continues well past the initial training period. As people gain experience, they strengthen skills in communication, leadership, training, and business development, which are the same skills that carry into whatever they do next.
We look for a student mentality and someone who responds to coaching. Prior sales experience isn’t required, and many of our strongest people came from other fields entirely.
If you’re entering sales for the first time, the process is also your chance to ask us questions. Ask about the training. Ask what a first ninety days looks like. Ask what separates the people who advance quickly from the people who don’t.
How to Apply
Send us your information through our contact page and our team will follow up. We’d suggest not sitting on it, because our cycles move quickly when demand is high.
